The lending industry is constantly developing new types of loans to make home ownership a reality for more and more people. However, not all of these new loans are right for everyone. Through our network of more than 400 banks and lenders, Lighthouse Mortgages has access to almost every type of loan offered such as Stated Income loans, adjustable rate mortgages, Pick a Payment programs, Interest Only loans and No Doc loans. While we offer all these programs, we make sure you fully understand the loan, including the benefits and the risks of each. Because we are not a bank, we make no profit from a loan going into default and we make no money from placing you in one type of loan over another. Many banks and companies will promote a type of loan that may not be the best for you because their company is offering them incentives on that type currently.
